1. Products and Availability

We work to keep product names, prices, photos, descriptions and stock information accurate. As human hair is a natural product, there may occasionally be slight variations in texture, color, length, or curl pattern between batches or due to monitor display settings. Availability can change without notice, especially during busy periods or promotions. If a specific hair texture or length is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. An order may be confirmed, adjusted or cancelled if:

  • A product is incorrectly priced or described.

6. Returns and Exchanges
