Refund and Returns Policy

At Human Hair Hub Nairobi, we are committed to providing high-quality 100% human hair wigs and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The wig has not been worn, washed, cut, dyed, or altered.
  • The lace has not been cut.
  • The product remains in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, accessories, and gifts (if any) are returned with the item.
  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Worn or used wigs
  • Customized or specially ordered wigs
  • Cut or trimmed lace wigs
  • Dyed, bleached, or chemically treated hair
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A damaged item
  • A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products for:

  • A different size
  • A different style
  • A different color
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
